Food service partners deploy Cashless Betalen solution in companies, schools
Multicard announced the expanded availability of its mobile phone based cashless payment solution, Cashless Betalen, into additional micropayment environments in The Netherlands through partnership with leading catering and food service providers. Following the initial successful launch of the solution to sports clubs, Multicard is now signing up commercial caterers who are implementing Cashless Betalen to enable phone-based cashless payments in company canteens and school cafeterias across the country.

INSIDE Secure's SecuRead Product Approved by Major Global Banking Standards Organization
INSIDE Secure announced that its SecuRead® NFC platform is the first product in the industry to pass the new EMVCo Platform Security Evaluation Process and receive certification. This certification provides assurance to mobile device manufacturers, mobile network operators and software developers that the SecuRead secure element and operating system have undergone and passed extensive security testing and will provide a robust security platform that is ready to accept major payment brands and other secure NFC applications. EMV is a global standard for credit and debit cards, and more than 1.3 billion EMV-compliant cards are in use today.
